This is a basic crepe recipe but the secret is in the preparation. You can fill it with anything that you can think of but we like them with butter and sugar.
Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups flour
4 eggs
2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon melted butter
pinch of salt
Raspberries
Strawberries
Whip Cream
Powdered sugar
Maple Syrup
Preparation
Combine milk, flour, egg, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt.
Lightly brush a 10-inch nonstick skillet with butter, then heat over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking. Cook crêpe until just set and golden around edges, 10 to 15 seconds. Flip crêpe over. Cook until underside is set, about 20 seconds more.
