Introduced to the Lubeck family from the newest Lubeck.... Ashley. Pannkaka has become a new favorite breakfast. Pannkaka translates to "Oven Pancake". It is enjoyed with powder sugar and syrup.
Ingredients
3/4 Stick of butter
1 1/2 Cups of Milk
1 1/2 Cups of Flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp of Salt
7 eggs
Preparation
Melt the butter in 9x13 pan
Whisk eggs, slat, sugar and flour
slowly add milk
Pour mixture into pan and bake at 400 for 20 minutes
